Amendments to the SASOG constitution
and bylaws must be approved by a General Meeting of the
society. SASOG council has agreed to recommend to the
General Meeting of its members a number of amendments to the
SASOG constitution. Please find attached a list of the
proposed amendments (indicated in red) together with reasons
for suggested changes (indicated as comments).
The General Meeting is asked by SASOG council to pass the
following motion that would allow the changes to be brought
into immediate effect (at the closure of the General
Meeting).
Motion:
“The General Meeting approves the proposed amendments to the
SASOG constitution”
