Registration Information
Your registration fee includes:
Admission to all Scientific Sessions for the duration of the Congress including breakfast symposia (but excludes pre-congress workshops)
Congress bag
Programme and abstract book and other congress material
Luncheons and Teas
Admission to Welcome Cocktail Function. The Gala Dinner is at additional cost of R300 per person.
The Registration desk will open on Saturday 31 October 2010.

Cancellation of Registration
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. An administration free of R350 will be charged to all cancelled registrations received prior to
30 August 2010. Any cancellations received after this date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Personal Insurance
Please note that all delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance, medical insurance and cancellation fees.
Language
The congress will be conducted in English. No translation service will be available.
CPD Accreditation
The Congress as well as the Pre-Congress Workshops will be CPD accredited.
Accommodation Bookings
Accommodation is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Neither the
Committee of the SASOG Congress nor Londocor Public Relations & Event Management will be held responsible for
cancellation of accommodation.
